Forming machine, also known as unboxing machine, refers to the automatic completion of unboxing, forming, and folding of the bottom leaves. And now the next part of the tape pasting is completed. Principle of Forming Machine
The working principle of a molding machine is similar to that of a syringe used for injection. It uses the thrust of a screw (or plunger) to inject melted plastic that has already been plasticized (i.e. viscous state) into a closed mold cavity. After solidification and shaping, the product is obtained.
Injection molding is a cyclic process, each cycle mainly includes: quantitative feeding - melt plasticization - pressure injection - mold filling and cooling - mold opening and part extraction. After removing the plastic part, close the mold again and proceed to the next cycle.
Forming machine structure

Maintenance and upkeep of molding machine
Circuit: Pay attention to the cleanliness of the circuit board, regularly clean the dust in the strong and weak electrical boxes, keep the electrical boxes dry, and prevent moisture.
Oil circuit: Check for oil leakage in all parts of the oil circuit and promptly address it. Prevent piston rod scratches and oil deterioration.
Mechanical: Check the transmission parts of the machine for wear and tear, inspect each grease nozzle for blockage, and inject grease.
Other precautions: It is recommended to replace the hydraulic oil once a year and clean the oil sludge in the oil tank. The water cooler should be cleaned in a timely manner to prevent the oil temperature from rising and accelerating the aging of the oil quality. Of course, safety is no small matter. The circuit safety door switch, oil pressure relief valve, mechanical safety stopper, and machine warning light must be checked for normal operation during maintenance
